Entrance into the hall which provides access to the bathroom, kitchen, living room and the staircase to the 1st floor. The bathroom is located at the front and is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. The kitchen is spacious and, in addition to sufficient countertops to work on, also offers space for an intimate dining table. From the kitchen you can enter the laundry room where, in addition to the fridge-freezer combination, there is also a washing machine and dryer. The living room is spacious and beautifully furnished, it offers direct access to the backyard where you can enjoy the weather in the luxurious lounge set.
The first floor can be accessed via the staircase, which provides access to the three bedrooms, in the largest and the middle bedroom there is a nice double bed, where a bunk bed is set up in the smaller bedroom.
